• Payments are processed by Stripe; you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.

• You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or that violates privacy or intellectual property rights.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

• The service, including text, code, designs, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the service unless expressly allowed.

Third-Party Services

• The service may link to or integrate with third parties (including Stripe and AWS). Their terms and policies apply to their services; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service.

• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, security risks, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.
